Australian Border Force/Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers
The ABF/Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (ABF/CAPEC) bilateral provides a forum for representatives of DHL, UPS and FedEx to find solutions to operational and policy issues. This allows more efficient air freight services, in support of trade expansion and economic growth.
The ABF/CAPEC bilateral is a consultative forum, and does not operate as a decision making body.
Meeting Frequency
CAPEC meets twice a year. Meetings may occur more frequently, as required and agreed by the Chair.
