ATA carnets
An ATA carnet is an internationally recognised document for the temporary importation of eligible goods. An ATA carnet may be used by a person or organisation specified in line with the under which the goods are being temporarily imported. Carnet goods must be eligible under one of the conventions to which Australia is a signatory.
