The Agreement on Trade and Commercial Relations between the Government of Australia and the Government of Papua New Guinea (PATCRA II) is a non-reciprocal trade agreement. Australia provides preferential rates of customs duty to goods produced or manufactured in Papua New Guinea. 

PATCRA II entered into force on 20 September 1991. PATCRA II builds on the original PATCRA that entered into force on 1 February 1977.
