SEQR Business Rules

  1. ​ Sea Cargo Establishment Response (SEQR) message must be sent to Establishment operator where:
    1. validation error(s) is found in the request (SEQ) message
    2. no record matched the request criteria
  2. The maximum number of errors that can be reported will be 50. No further errors or advices will be processed once the maximum number allowed for the SEQR has been reached.
  3. Each reported error will include the error id and error description
  4. The SEQR will include the inbound Sender Reference of the corresponding SEQ
