CUSCAR - Depot Export Receival Notice - (DEPREC)
A s77G Depot Export Receival Notice is communicated to the Department in accordance with section 117AA(2) of the
Customs Act 1901 . It provides the Department with the details of "prescribed goods" (i.e. any goods/ consolidation that contains all or some underbond goods) that have been received by a s77G depot for consolidation, after having been released from a s79 Warehouse or transferred from another s77G Depot.
This message must be submitted electronically by the s77G Depot receiving the goods for consolidation.
This message gives the status of the notice and also identifies any errors. The Department responds to this message by advising a movement status of whether the goods may be "Consolidated", "Not to be Consolidated" or goods need to be "Held for Customs".
A Depot Export Receival Notice will also be allocated a notice status of "Clear", "Error", or "Withdrawn".
