CUSCAR - Air Waybill Outturn Report - (AIROUT)

This message is is the reporting of the arrival at an establishment of Import Cargo consignments that have been unloaded from an aircraft at its first port of discharge or when received at an establishment as the result of an Underbond Movement Request (UBMREQ). The report will detail cargo that has arrived as short or in surplus condition.
