 chloride coated both sides, having ALL of the following
 characteristics:-
   (a) minimum width 285 cm;
   (b) acrylic lacquered;
   (c) minimum total weight 850 gsm;
   (d) minimum thickness 0.7 mm;
   (e) flame retarded to DIN 75200 (flame speed 100 mm/min) but not
       sufficient to satisfy the requirements of class Cl.10 of the
       Building Code of Australia;
   (f) weld adhesion of 90 N/5 cm or greater, being strong enough
       for weld buckles or reinforcements;
   (g) minimum tensile strength of 4 000 N/5 cm warp and weft, tested
       to DIn 53354;
   (h) minimum tear resistance of 400 N warp and weft tested to
       DIN 53363
