 For the purposes of this Order, tolerances of + or - 10% are

 of the following:
   (a) tack free time between 60 minutes and 130 minutes,
       at temperatures NOT lower than 20 degrees C
       and relative humidity between 50% and 60%;
   (b) 200% OR greater, elongation at break (DIN 53504);
   (c) tensile strength NOT less than 1.0 N/mm sq and NOT exceeding
       2.5 N/mm sq (DIN 53504);
   (d) shore A hardness 30 degrees and NOT exceeding 60 degrees
       (DIN 53505)

ADHESIVE, WINDSCREEN, moisture curing, polyurethane based

ADHESIVE, high green and cured strength, having ALL the following
 properties:
   (a) single component elastomeric moisture curing polyurethane;
   (b) tack free time @ 23 degrees C and 50% relative humidity
       approx 40 min;
   (c) shore A hardness 55 +/- 3 degrees          DIN 53 505;
   (d) elongation at break > 300%                 DIN 53 504;
   (e) tensile strength 6 +/- 0.2 mPa             DIN 53 504;
   (f) tear propagation strength 8 +/- 1 N/mm     DIN 53 515;
   (g) electrical resistance 1,000,000 ohms cm approx;
   (h) produces no corrosive fumes when spot welded through in the
       uncured state;
   (i) able to form a gas and liquid tight seal while bonding

ADHESIVE, hot melt, in the form of solid cylinders NOT less than
 10 cm and NOT exceeding 12 cm in length, having a diameter NOT
 exceeding 8 mm
