INDONESIA
The Indonesia‑Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA) was signed by the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment, Senator the Hon Simon Birmingham and his Indonesian counterpart Minister for Trade H.E Enggartiasto Lukita on 4 March 2019 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The implementing legislation received the Royal Assent on 3 December 2019 and IA-CEPA entered into force on 5 July 2020.
