Customs Data Dictionary

  1. An UBMREQR will contain advice information in response to an Underbond Movement Request (UBMREQ).
  2. The Reporter of the Underbond, the Originating Establishment and the Destination Establishment will all receive a version of the UBMREQR.
  3. The UBMREQR will NOT contain error information.
  4. The UBMREQR will include the Cargo Message Identifier of the corresponding UBMREQ.
  5. UBMREQR will contain information relating to the approved movement method and flight and/or voyage details.
  6. If messages relating to the same AIRCR, SEACR or CARLST arrive out of sequence (Message date/time), the message with the earlier Transaction Date and Time in the DTM segment should be rejected.
  7. On occasions, UBMREQR messages will be re-transmitted. Re-transmissions will be issued with a new message date/time stamp in the UNB segment.
  8. An UMBREQR is sent to the requesting party.
  9. An UMBREQR is sent to the Originating Establishment.
  10. An UMBREQR is sent to the Destination Esablishment.
  11. Additional information is sent to the Destination Establishment being number of packages and goods description. Goods Description is sent only when the goods are Break Bulk and Bulk.
