SEI Business Rules

  1. ​Sea Cargo Establishment Information (SEI) will contain cargo detail matching the request criteria, in response to a Sea Cargo Establishment Query (SEQ) message
  2. SEI will not contain error information
  3. SEI message will be sent to the sender of the SEQ message
  4. The SEI will include the inbound Sender Reference of the corresponding SEQ
