An SEAIARR will only be transmitted when there are errors or advices to report for an Sea Impending Arrival Report (SEAIAR) message.
All error or advices for an SEAIAR will be included in a single SEAIARR.
The maximum number of errors and advices that can be reported will be 50. No further errors or advices will be processed once the maximum number allowed for the SEAIARR has been reached.
Each reported error will include the error location, error id and error description.
The SEAIARR will include the inbound Sender Reference of the corresponding SEAIAR.
If messages relating to the same SEAIARR arrive out of sequence (Message date/time), the message with the earlier date/time stamp in the UNB segment should be rejected. If two messages have the same date/time stamp in the UNB segment, then the message arriving later should replace the earlier one.
On occasions, SEAIARR messages will be re-transmitted. Re-transmissions will be issued with a new message date/time stamp in the UNB segment.
