CUSCAR - Depot Export Release Notice - (DEPREL)
A s77G Depot Export Release Notice is communicated to the Department in accordance with section 117AA(3) & (4) of the Customs Act 1901. It provides the Department with the details of "prescribed goods/ consolidations" (i.e. any consolidation that contains all or some underbond goods) that have been consolidated by a s77G depot and are now being released to a s15 or s77G premises for export. This message must be submitted electronically by the s77G Depot releasing the goods.
This message will be sent after "prescribed goods/ consolidations" are released for export from the s77G depot.
