• the Federal Police
• a State or Territory Law Enforcement Agency, or
• another Federal or State Government Agency of Australia with an enforcement function.

• a person of interests movement records between 1973 to present
• a person of interests passenger cards between 1973 to present
• a person of interests onshore/offshore Status
• court statement, affidavit or mutual assistance in relation to a person of interest in relation to movement records, passenger cards or onshore/offshore status.
